<p>We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our Sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate calls to potential customers and achieve assigned sales targets. <h3>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Persuading customers to purchase company products and services</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions</li>
<li>Ensuring error-free processing of customer information</li>
<li>Lead generation through outbound calling</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or Diploma</li>
<li>Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred</li>
<li>Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is an added advantage</li>
</ul>
<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3 Years in software products such as ERP, HRMS, CRM, DMS, Website Development, or Mobile Apps</li>
<li><strong>Location:</strong> Nagpur (MIHAN SEZ) / Mumbai (FORT CST)</li>
<li><strong>Daily Call Target:</strong> 80 connected calls with CRM entry, Email &amp; WhatsApp follow-ups</li>
<li><strong>Lead Target:</strong> From 2nd month onwards – 20 leads per month</li>
<li><strong>Incentive:</strong> 10% incentive on sales value (e.g., ₹1,00,000 sale = ₹10,000 incentive)</li>
<li><strong>Working Days:</strong> Monday – Friday (5 Days)</li>
<li><strong>Timing:</strong> 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM</li>
<li><strong>Notice Period:</strong> Immediate Joining</li>
<li><strong>Salary Hike:</strong> 10–15% hike on current or last salary (as per company norms)</li>
