Tele Sales Representative
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our Sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate calls to potential customers and achieve assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator and listener with a professional yet friendly approach.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Persuading customers to purchase company products and services
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions
- Ensuring error-free processing of customer information
- Lead generation through outbound calling
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Diploma
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is an added advantage
Job Details
- Experience: 3 Years in software products such as ERP, HRMS, CRM, DMS, Website Development, or Mobile Apps
- Location: Nagpur (MIHAN SEZ) / Mumbai (FORT CST)
- Daily Call Target: 80 connected calls with CRM entry, Email & WhatsApp follow-ups
- Lead Target: From 2nd month onwards – 20 leads per month
- Incentive: 10% incentive on sales value (e.g., ₹1,00,000 sale = ₹10,000 incentive)
- Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days)
- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Notice Period: Immediate Joining
- Salary Hike: 10–15% hike on current or last salary (as per company norms)
