Direct Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking to employ a self-driven Direct Field Sales Executive to introduce company products to potential customers and close sales. The role involves researching competing products, identifying sales opportunities, assisting in the execution of sales and marketing plans, and addressing customer queries related to pricing, availability, features, and benefits.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Graduate
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Present company products and services to customers
  • Identify potential customers through cold calling
  • Work collaboratively with team members
  • Meet monthly sales targets and expectations
  • Collect customer feedback and act upon it
  • Prepare sales contracts as per company requirements
  • Ensure customers are well informed about sales proposals
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Understand current market potential and trends
  • Resolve customer complaints before closing sales
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for management review
  • Stay updated with latest technologies and industry developments

Training

  • 15 days Product Training
  • 15 days Onsite Training

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and convince customers to purchase products
  • From the 2nd month, conduct a minimum of 20 product demos
  • Ensure timely delivery of purchased products

Job Details

  • Experience: 3 Years in Software Product Sales (ERP / HRMS / CRM / DMS / Website Development / Mobile App)
  • Incentive: 30% incentive on sales value (credited next day on receipt of full payment)
  • Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days)
  • Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Notice Period: Immediate Joining
  • Salary Hike: 10–15% hike on current or last salary (as per company norms)

Location Details

  • Remote Locations: Palghar/Boiser, Baroda, Pune, Nashik (Candidate must have own laptop & broadband; Company provides SIM)
  • Office Locations: Nagpur (MIHAN SEZ), Mumbai & Navi Mumbai (FORT CST / Malad), Ahmedabad (Company provides SIM)
